Privacy Policy

WeavePrism helps you decide which AI model to run each task on, built from your own usage data. This page covers what we collect, why, and how to get it back or delete it. We're not a law firm and this isn't legalese for its own sake, it's a plain description of what the product actually does with your data.

What we collect

• Account information. Your name and email, plus a hashed password if you sign up with one. If you sign in with Google or Apple instead, they share your name, email and (depending on the provider) a profile photo with us, we never see your Google or Apple password.
• What you build. The decision maps (“weaves”) you save: priorities, constraints, and any free-text notes you type into them.
• Usage data you add. Whether you upload a usage CSV or enter rows by hand, your browser aggregates it into daily totals (model, task, tokens, cost) before anything reaches our servers. We never receive your raw prompts, completions, or per-request logs, only those daily summaries.
• Published Proven Weaves. If you publish a weave, its title, description, tags, configuration (including any notes) and your display name become public and forkable by other users.
• Payment information. Pro subscriptions run through Stripe's hosted checkout and billing portal. We store your Stripe customer and subscription IDs and your plan status, never your card number, that never touches our servers.
• Price-alert emails. You can subscribe to model price-change alerts by email alone, no account required. We store the email address, which model or provider you're watching, and a confirmation/unsubscribe token. Alerts only start once you confirm via the email we send.
• Technical data. Your IP address, used to rate-limit sign-in attempts and password resets and to block abusive traffic, and a session cookie that keeps you signed in.

What we don't do

We don't run third-party analytics or ad-tracking scripts on this site. We don't sell your data. We don't have raw prompts to sell even if we wanted to, the servers only ever see the aggregates described above.

Third parties we use to run the service

• Stripe — payment processing for Pro subscriptions.
• Cloudflare — hosting, our database, sending transactional email, and Turnstile bot-protection challenges on sign-up and sign-in.
• Google / Apple — only if you choose to sign in with one of them.

None of these get more than they need to do their job, and none of them are ad networks.

Your controls

• Export everything. Settings → Export everything (JSON) gets you your profiles, usage summaries and published weaves in one file, anytime.
• Delete your account. Settings → Delete account permanently erases your saved weaves, usage data and published weaves, and cancels any active subscription immediately. There's no undo, so export first if you want to keep a copy.
• Price-alert-only subscribers. Every alert email has a one-click unsubscribe link, no account or sign-in needed. Unconfirmed subscriptions are purged automatically after a week.
• Weekly digest. Opt in or out anytime from Settings; off by default.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal data, access, correction, deletion, portability. The tools above cover most of that directly; email us for anything they don't.

Children's privacy

WeavePrism isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We'll update the date at the top when this policy changes. Continuing to use WeavePrism after a change means you accept the update.
