These terms cover your use of WeavePrism. Creating an account or using the site means you agree to them.
What WeavePrism is
WeavePrism helps you decide which AI model to run each task on: an interactive decision map, a usage tracker, a cost estimator, an optimizer that mines your own usage for savings, and a what-if simulator. Model prices come from public list pricing, and quality scores are heuristic estimates we maintain by hand. They're a starting point, not a guarantee. Validate any move on your own workload before migrating production traffic. WeavePrism is independent and isn't affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any AI model provider named or compared on the site.
Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, for keeping your credentials and signed-in sessions secure, and for what happens under your account. You need to be old enough to legally agree to these terms where you live. One account per person.
Acceptable use
Don't scrape the site or its API beyond normal use, try to break authentication or rate limits, upload malware, or publish a Proven Weave that's illegal, infringing, or impersonates someone else. We can remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Plans and billing
- Free costs $0 and covers the core map, tracker and optimizer.
- Pro is $9/month or $84/year, billed through Stripe. Cancel anytime from Settings → Manage billing, which opens Stripe's own billing portal.
- Team isn't billed yet, joining the waitlist doesn't create a paid subscription.
Deleting your account cancels any active subscription immediately, with no further charges. We don't automatically prorate or refund partial billing periods, but email hello@weaveprism.com if something went wrong with a charge and we'll sort it out. We may change prices going forward; we won't change what you're already being charged for a current billing period without telling you first.
Your content
You keep ownership of the decision maps, usage data and notes you create. Publishing a Proven Weave makes its title, description, tags, configuration and your display name public and forkable by other users, unpublish it anytime from your dashboard. We can remove published content that violates these terms.
Disclaimers
WeavePrism is provided “as is” and “as available.” We don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that model prices and quality scores are current or accurate for your workload; they're hand-maintained estimates and can lag real-world pricing changes. Nothing here is financial, legal, or professional advice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows it, WeavePrism isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including savings you expected but didn't get by following an estimate or optimizer suggestion. Our total liability for any claim is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or $0 if you're on the Free plan.
Ending things
You can delete your account anytime from Settings. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where that's practical.
Changes to these terms
We'll update the date at the top when these terms change. Continuing to use WeavePrism after a change means you accept the update.
